Located in the heart of Hampton Roads, which is known for its large military presence, shipyards, and miles of waterfront property and beaches, David Lathan, offers an experience like none other.  David was born and raised in the Hampton Roads community and is a proud military veteran with 12 years’ experience and two deployments under his belt.  As a Military Relocation Professional and a devoted family man, David is keen to the needs of families and the many transitions they may endure. He combines his experience along with his “locals” knowledge to make you feel at home and at peace. In addition, to being a real estate professional, David continues to carry his “protect and serve” commitment as a law enforcement officer in Virginia Beach.
